CC LA MARINA COMPETITION WITH ACRONAUTICA TERMS & CONDITIONS AUGUST 2021

 

  1. The promoter is: Centro Comercial La Marina, Avinguda Pais Valencia, 2, 03509 Finestrat, Alicante, Spain.  
  2. This competition is open to residents of Spain except employees of Centro Comercial La Marina. This competition is open to people of all ages. 
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. The route of entry for this competition and details on how to enter are via www.cclamarina.com . Details can also be found on Instagram www.instagram,com/cclamarina 
  5. This competition is running between the 4th August and 16th of  August  2021 only. After these specified times and dates no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition are as follows:
  • Entrants must follow Centro Comercial La Marina (@cclamarina) and Acronautica (@acronautica) on Instagram ,  give a “like” to the giveaway post and tag 3 friends at the comment section 

 

  1.  The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2.  The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is: Jet ski ride and sailing licence (for 2 people). 

 

  1. There is one winner, who can share the prize with whoever he/she wants.  The activity will take place on the same day and at the same time for both.

 

  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes can be transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  2. The winner will be notified by email or via social media (if this was their method of entering) within 24-hours of the competition closing date. 
  3. A winner will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Why Media.
  4.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

    1. The winners of the contest can not transfer the prize, being forbidden the sale of the prize.
    2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    3. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
