La Marina welcomes two great new stores Primor & Miniso

These new brands will soon be added to the La Marina family and we look forward to enjoying them on our website.

La Marina Shopping Centre and Retail Park are very happy to announce that two new brands will be opening soon.

Primor and Miniso are expecting to open their doors this November and these two new retail stores will give the Centre a boost with revolutionary concept stores.

This only reinforces the brilliant future plans at La Marina following the commencement of major refurbishment plans earlier this week that will attract both of these new brands and that will revitalise La Marina and attract more shoppers over the coming months.

PRIMOR, founded in 1953, is a family-run company from Malaga that has been steadily expanding throughout Spain. It currently has over 150 establishments covering the whole of Spain and Portugal. Awards as the Best Perfumery 2006 and 2017, TOP 1 in Ecommerce Perfumery & Beauty of Spain and also indirect recognition by the OCU as the best perfume with the best prices in the country, are data that support the success of its innovative business formula. Betting on new concepts and firms, have managed to create a new business model adaptable to change and the consumer experience.

MINISO was founded by Japanese designer Miyake Junya and young Chinese entrepreneur Ye Guofu in Japan, with the former as chief designer and the latter as CEO. It began its journey in the Chinese market in September 2013, and currently has a presence in over 80 countries, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong (China) and Spain, with a monthly growth rate above the industry average.

Gerry Martin from Resolute Asset Management went on to say “La Marina is a fantastic place to shop and enjoy and the addition of these two great brands will enhance the retail offer.  Well done to BNP’s leasing team for all their efforts in securing these major brands for the Centre.  La Marina Shopping Centre and Retail Park continues its improvement with both new operators and refurbishment works which are all extremely positive for the Centre as a whole and our shoppers along with the area of Finestrat and the Marina Baixa region.”

Hugo Fuster from Why Media who manages the Marketing and PR at La Marina explains, “We are looking forward to the arrival of these two amazing retail stores that will add to the vibrant personality of La Marina Shopping Centre and Retail Park. As we attract more visitors, we are focusing on making La Marina a safe and friendly environment to shop, dine and spend time at.”

Centro Comercial La Marina is the leading shopping and leisure complex in the region of Marina Baixa. Located in the affluent town of Finestrat, Centro Comercial La Marina is frequently visited by both local residents of Finestrat, Benidorm and surrounding towns, but also remains popular with tourists from England, Germany and Spain. The centre benefits from over one hundred retailers. These include headline brands such as Zara, C&A, Benetton and Ikea.
