La Marina Shopping Centre is continuing to showcase the exciting plans underway for our exciting new Food Terrace.
As part of the continuing refurbishment works, the remodelling of the terraces will create a brand new, unique dining experience, with the most stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Initial works have already begun to transform Terraces three and four and is expected to be completed by the end of this year with Terraces one and two scheduled to start their renovation in early 2021. When completed, this area of La Marina Shopping Centre will be totally transformed and the space will create an exciting, beautiful dining experience, with a fantastic array of dining and drinking operators, offering some of the best views in Spain!
The terraces will be filled with a variety of local and national operators, with interest in the new units already very high. All customers' needs will be catered for, with a vast choice of eateries, they will be able to enjoy fine dining or a more casual, relaxed street food vibe if they wish.
The project is being undertaken by globally renowned mixed-use, urban regeneration and retail specialists, Chapman Taylor, Resolute Asset Management and Why Media, who are working together to create a destination dining experience unparalleled to anywhere else in the region.
We are keen to create a dining concept that will give local food operators the opportunity to establish and grow their businesses, in an outstanding location whilst creating new jobs for local people.
