Throughout December and the beginning of January, La Marina Shopping Centre encouraged the donation of toys for children less fortunate than others at the local Humanitarian Association of Degenerative Diseases and Syndromes in Childhood and Adolescence. We are so proud of the generosity the community has shown and all of the toys that were donated to this special cause!
TOY DONATION BOX IN MARKETING OFFICE, LA MARINA SHOPPING CENTRE
This group was founded in 1999 by a group of mothers with children affected by degenerative diseases and syndromes. A few days ago our marketing team was fortunate enough to have met with Antonia, the president of the organization, to deliver the toys that the community had donated.

Antonia expressed:
“It is a pleasure for our association to have people so altruistic that they dedicate their time and effort in helping children with Rare Diseases, on behalf of all the members of our association and of my own I convey our sincere thanks, hoping that you to extend it to each and every one of those who have participated in this collection of toys.”

“I was so pleased to not only be able to organise this toy donation but also deliver the toys first-hand to the association. The love and effort that those involved in the A.H.E.D.Y.S.I.A. association put into their work is so amazing to witness and their efforts are definitely recognised throughout local and national communities.
