LA MARINA SHOPPING CENTRE ACHIEVES ALMOST 100% OCCUPATION RATE WITH ITS NEW OPENING: ALEGRÍA REAL ESTATE

At the beginning of this week, La Marina Shopping Centre from Finestrat welcomed a new operator on the Centre's ground floor. This is Alegria, a renowned real estate company with more than 10 years of experience.

"Alegria" is one of the most important real estate agencies on the Costa Blanca and Valencia, Costa Calida and Costa del Sol, and is a leading developer on the Spanish Mediterranean coast and service centre in Spain. With this new opening, La Marina is getting close to 100% occupancy as the leading Shopping Centre in the Marina Baixa.

La Marina continues to grow and continues to improve day by day.

Over the last year, the Shopping Centre has seen a considerable investment to improve the visitor experience and raise the profile of not only the CC but also the community of Finestrat and the surrounding area through image enhancement, new partnerships with local businesses and initiatives.
