There's honey!

The beehive of the CC La Marina has given us this fantastic surprise, once the beekeeper who takes care of it has gone for his monthly check-up. Due to its characteristics, it is a unique honey in the world.

The bee hive at La Marina Shopping Centre keeps on giving fantastic surprises. While in January it was certified as a "Happy Hive", this time it is a honey production ahead of schedule, which is "manufactured" precisely because of its good condition.

This honey is unique worldwide because it always depends on the area's flowering. As in this case, there is no other hive in the surrounding area, and the flowers in Finestrat are very varied, the taste and quality of this honey are extraordinary.

Furthermore, at the time of its installation, no other treated waxes were used in this hive, which means that all the wax and honey are 100% produced by the bees of the CC La Marina.

Unique honey in the world, like the Paris Opera House.

A similar example, but on a larger scale, is the Opéra Garnier in Paris, France, where there are several hives on the roofs of the opera house.

There they produce honey that is also unique in the world, due to its particular characteristics, which makes it highly prized.

Honey depends on the flowering period.

When do bees produce honey? When there is flowering. Generally, there are blossoms in autumn and spring. But in the case of the bees at the CC La Marina, unlike in the countryside, the area has gardens with flowers that are tended all year round and certainly without pesticides.

This allows the bees to nourish themselves much more easily without relying on natural blooms and flowers that are generally very well cared for, producing this delicious honey.
