There is more positive news coming from La Marina Shopping Center, as the current retailer Ale-Hop has made a total renovation of its facade in its downtown store, carrying out a small remodelling of its existing space.

Ale-Hop, located on the ground floor of La Marina Shopping Center, offers an eclectic mix of furniture and home accessories, as well as many other products of all kinds including toys, stationery and technology gadgets. The store is easily recognisable thanks to the large cow at the entrance that welcomes visitors.

The refurbishment news comes at a welcomed time when the centre and many businesses in Spain work hard to reinstall confidence in their shoppers following the coronavirus outbreak.

Auxiliadora Martinex de Salazar, Retail Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate for Spain, comments: “It is extremely positive to see exiting retailers at Centro Comercial La Marina like Ale-Hop investing further with the centre. It’s been a turbulent time for retailers in Spain and most of the world and we are delighted that Ale-Hop amongst other retailers at La Marina is continuing to evolve and grow with the centre. BNP and the community of owners at La Marina have high ambitions for the centre as we head into its 20th year and this investment will only compliment that.”

Centro Comercial La Marina is the leading shopping and leisure complex in the region of Marina Baixa. Located in the affluent town of Finestrat, Centro Comercial La Marina is frequently visited by both local residents of Finestrat, Benidorm and surrounding towns, but also remains popular with tourists from England, Germany and Spain. The centre benefits from over one hundred retailers. These include headline brands such as Zara, C&A, Benetton and Ikea. Besides shopping, Centro Comercial La Marina also boasts strong restaurant and leisure facilities, many located on their rooftop terrace which offers outdoor seating, children’s activities and great views of the town.
