CC La Marina makes more improvements for its customers with new Wi-Fi and state of the art wayfinding system

CC La Marina Shopping Centre and Retail Park have major refurbishment plans, aimed at improving and upgrading the internal and external environment of the Shopping Centre and roof terrace. 

Costa Blanca’s favourite Shopping Centres has demonstrated its commitment to enhancing the customer's experience and safety by investing in new wayfinding screens and software throughout the centre.

As part of this investment, Wi-Fi  has been upgraded to 600mb optical fibres that provide up to 5 hrs of interrupted connection for its customers. This is 5 times more than any other competitors Wi-Fi and can support 6 times as many users as any neighbouring centres.

This gives CC La Marina the strongest, fastest Wi-Fi in the province and probably nationwide meaning that its customers can visit the centre, safe in the knowledge that they are not limited to how they browse the internet, on their devices. 

La Marina Shopping Centre is working hard to instil confidence for its customers after the COVID 19 outbreak and is committed to promoting health and safety especially in this COVID 19 environment.

With this in mind and as an additional enhancement to the customer experience and journey, the centre has delivered 8 states of the art wayfinding screens to help visitors navigate the Shopping Centre and Retail Park in the most efficient and safe way. 

These bespoke screens offer our visitors a way of identifying the store or stores they wish to visit and help new shoppers to CC La Marina understand the vast retail and leisure offer provided. 

Carl Piper who led the development of the software went on to say

"This industry-leading wayfinding software, that we have designed and developed from the ground up, uses a custom-built API to take data from the state of the art website and feed it to the kiosks. The software also creates more opportunity for the community to get involved and stay up to date with the La Marina social channels and newsletters.”
